For most projects a fixed price contract will be to everyone’s advantage. By clearly spelling out the specifications, terms and timeline, the deliverables and expectations are made clear.
When the exact nature, scope or scale of a project is uncertain, we offer a Design/Build plan. With this model, we work together to to create the ideal plan for your vision on your budget. We take care of the timelines, subcontractors, deliveries, inspections and everything else needed for your project. With Lawson Services LLC Design/Build, you will have one point of contact through out the course of you project.
As a smaller company, we only build one project at a time, allowing us to be fully focused on your project during your build. Additionally, we do most of the work in house allowing greater quality control and less time waiting for the next subcontractor. We can deliver faster project completion.
Lawson Services LLC is a small Residential and Light Commercial General Contractor. We specialize in maintenance, repairs and remodels and have over 20 years experience in residential and light commercial construction, remodeling and maintenance.
Residential services include
All types of remodeling, from kitchen to bath to bedrooms to living spaces
Decks, fences, patios, patio covers and shade structures
Maintenance of all types, from gutter cleaning, pressure washing, interior and exterior home repairs
Crawl space and attic inspections and repairs
Drywall repair, painting, water damage remediation, floor and tile repairs
Livability and aging in place upgrades such as ramps, door widening and grab bars
Fabrication and installation of custom shelves, book cases, desks, built ins and more
Light Commercial Services include
Restaurant and Retail equipment repair and maintenance
Draft beverage system installations and repairs
Remodeling, Painting and Deep Cleaning Services performed when you are closed, for little to no down time
