1967 Ranch Remodel Before & Plans

Before Floor Plans - smaller bathroom, 3 closets and 3 small bedrooms
After Floor Plans - Larger bathroom, walkin closet and larger master bedroom, kitchen reset
Owner did not like the soffits, upper cabinets or the counter and cabinets interrupting the flow to the Den
This wall and closet were soon to be removed
This closet was removed to enlarge the bathroom and provide a second door to the bathroom, allowing direct passage to the new master bedroom
This small bathroom almost doubled in size.
The linen closet behind this tub was removed to make room for the larger tub.
Demo prep included floor protection and HEPA negative air pressure machine to minimize dust in the rest of the house.
